Add Twilio phone numbers to enable unlimited outbound calling
Setup Instructions
Phone Number Formatting:
• Enter phone numbers in any format: (555) 123-4567, 555-123-4567, 5551234567, +15551234567
• System automatically converts to standard +15551234567 format
For Vapi Numbers (Temporary Solution):
• Go to Vapi Dashboard → Phone Numbers → Buy multiple numbers
• Copy each ph_xxxxx ID and phone number
• Use "Bulk Upload" above with format: ph_abc123, +15551234567
• Set daily limit to 10 calls per number (Vapi limit)
For Twilio Numbers (Unlimited Scaling):
• Purchase numbers from Twilio Console
• Import to Vapi Dashboard → Phone Numbers → Import from Twilio
• Add here with unlimited daily limit (leave empty)
Rotation: System automatically rotates through active numbers based on usage
